Currently on live this trinket is bugged and will proc off ANY healing, therefore classes such as warlocks with fel armor up (gives a heal every 5 seconds) may have this trinket permanently buffed. A great way to bump up you're resilience /crit by 105 ^^

If a healer heals you with the card equipped they are also receiving the buff. This allows the use of Healer / x teams to BOTH have 3 stacks of the trinket up at the same time, with only player %26#8216;X' actually having the trinket equipped.
