when finishing the nesingwary quests, you will have a quest where you will
ride a mammoth and have to kill a dragon. i think its named like "postnatal agression".
when riding that interrupt make sure you have actionbars that have your
standard attacks bound to the keys you use. (i use macaroon)
if you have, you can run with that mammoth *and* cast spells that have casttime.
you also can charge at enemies and interrupt them while you cast your spell.
it looks like there is no time limit for that quest, so you can walk around and do other quests.
in short:
charge, stomp, extra ~500DPS, walk fast while casting as usual.
